This mod adds a new faction to the Generals game, the United Fighting Force. New faction includes 15+ new units, many upgrades, sciences and special powers. You can use the mod for online play, or use it in skirmish mode. If you use it for online play, your opponent(s) must also have the mod loaded as well.
This mod adds new units, new special weapons, some new upgrades and some new sounds. Some examples: USA gets Double Barreled Paladin Tank, O.M.E.G.A. Blast. China gets Iron Dragon Jet and Cluster Tank. GLA gets Quad Tank and Supply Truck. More units and changes for all three sides. Included readme file details the changes, units, etc.
This mod is created to make the game a hell of a lot easier to learn the chinese forces. It's designed in mind for beginner's want to be able to take on, like, 5 brutal GLA and win and I think that is designed perfectly for that. Or for advanced players that are wanting a real challenge, try putting yourself against the chinese with either the GLA or USA and see how well you really do. start at 1 brutal china and progress upwards. Anyone who can take on 7 brutal china, all allied with each other, against them on twilight flame.
USA major upgrades: Spector gun ship (limit 2) at $5000 per unit; Stealth Nuke with long range targeting (limit 4) at $4,000 per unit; Tomahawk range and power increased also acquires targets on the move and when idle; Patriot System increased range, fire power, and rate of fire on the ground and in the air.
China major upgrades: Mig fighter black napalm dose more damage and carries 4 bombs not 2, Inferno cannon increased range, rate of fire, and accuracy, Nuke Cannon Major range, armor, speed, and rate of fire upgrade as well as damage upgrade; gattling gun base defense increased range against ground or air targets.
GLA major upgrades: Mobile Scud launcher major increase in range, rate of fire damage for explosives and chemical warheads, and armor; Angry Mob increased attack damage and range; Rocket Buggy increased rate of fire, range, and damage; Jarmen Kell limit 2 not just 1; Stinger site has increased range and damage against both air and ground targets.
This mod replaces the Aurora Bomber with the Thunderbolt, and it also gets rid
of the stealth bomber - You build it at the American Airfield and it has a Vulcan-turret on the front that sprays lots of bullets very fast (good for infantry and light vehicles) and 4 Laser Guided Missles. The vulcan has unlimited ammo but you must return to the airfield to restock your missles.
The A10 costs $4000 and builds in 40 seconds.
Every single unit in Generals is free... for all! Pretty simple. Be sure to back up your original INI.big before you replace it with the one for this mod. The AI doesn't take advantage of the cheapness.
Just like the good old "Unholy Alliance" mode from RA2, this mod will enable all Command Centers to be able to build any of the 3 "worker" units - GLA, USA, and China. Be sure to back up your original INI.big before you replace it with the one for this mod. The AI doesn't take advantage of the new diversity.
Impres your friends! Amaze your enemies! Dropping this file in your Generals data folder (in \My Documents) will show you as having 1000 skirmish wins, no losses, having beaten all the official maps on brutal, and with all the badges. Perfect for the true lazy gamer.
